The app will not open. What should I check first?
Passcut requires macOS 26 or later and Apple Silicon. There is no Intel or Windows build. Download the notarized .dmg from passcut.app/download, then email support if it still fails.
I paid but do not have a license key.
Lemon Squeezy emails the key after checkout. Paste your license key in the app under Settings → License. If the receipt never arrived, check spam, then email support@mail.passcut.app with the order email address.
Is this the address for press?
No. Media inquiries go to press@mail.passcut.app. Use support@mail.passcut.app for the Mac app.
